Kickboxing: 1,5 hours - HARD and sweaty workout
I recommend kickboxing for everybody! I feel so powerfull and STRONG, and my fitness has improved majorly. I cannot start to explain how much kicking ass on a regular basis has made me more confident and disciplined. This weekend I’m going to have my first match! I’m so excited aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah :D
